1. Go to the login page and click “Forgot password?” or click here.
2. Enter your registered email address and click Reset Password.
This will trigger a password recovery email to your email address that you have indicated under the “Settings” section of your account.
3. Next, go to your inbox and find the Printify password reset email.
4. Click the link in the email. A new Printify page will open where you will be able to set a new password.
Please note: The password reset link is valid for 1 hour. In the case the link has expired, please request a new one.
If you have forgotten the email address that you used for registration, we recommend that you follow the usual steps for resetting the password and simply input your most frequently used email address. Then check your inbox, and you may see a password reset email, if that was indeed the same email you used for registration.
If you are not successful, repeat the process several times if you have several email addresses that you're using.

What if I see a different shop after logging in?
If you log in but don’t see any of your previously created products, orders, etc. — you might be logged into the wrong account, or might have accidentally created a new account (using another email).
Check whether you used the correct email address for logging in.
In case you’re experiencing any technical issues when trying to log in, it is likely that it could be a browser issue.
The recommended steps in this case would be:
Clear the cache and cookies of the browser you’re using (here’s how to clear your cache in Google Chrome).
Try using a different Internet browser — preferably Google Chrome.
Try logging in from a different device.
