Before You Delete Your Account
If you want to delete your account, please make sure of the following:
- You have disconnected all the sales channels from your account
- You have unsubscribed from the Printify Premium Plan
- You have withdrawn any remaining account balance
- You have removed your registered credit card
Please note, that deleting your account is irreversible and you will not be able to access the data afterwards. You will still be responsible for any and all pending orders and charges.
Deleting Your Account
Click on the Profile icon, and in the drop-down menu, select "Settings".
Navigate over to "My Personal Data", and click on "Delete my data".
When it comes to deleting your account, Printify is unable to do so for you. Due to security reasons, only the account owner is authorized to delete their account.
