Depending on several factors like destination and the size and quantity of your item(s), production turnaround varies between Print Providers. Almost all orders are shipped within 2-7 business days from the order submission date in Printify.
When is my Order sent to Production?
Orders are sent to production after payment is received. Each Print Provider has a unique daily cutoff time. Daily cutoff time refers to a period during the day when orders stop being processed. If an order is received before the daily cutoff time, it will go into production. Orders submitted after the daily cutoff time will be produced the following day.
What is the average production time?
Each product has its own average production time listed in the catalog, calculated from the past 30 days. As such, holidays and high volume seasons can cause production time to rise. Note that the average time is not always guaranteed.
Why is my order taking so long?
Reasons for orders being in production longer than usual could include:
The garment is out of stock and needs to be ordered in. (If the delay is just a few days, the Print Providers do not necessarily inform us.)
The order did not pass the post-production quality check and needs to be reprinted to ensure that only the highest-quality product is shipped out.
If there is an issue with an item in the order, the whole order will be delayed.
Large orders of 12 items or more may take additional production time.

Orders are sent to production only after payment for the order is received. If you have a linked credit card or sufficient balance, your orders are sent to production according to your order approval settings.
Why should I change my Order Approval Settings?
You should consider the best fulfillment option for your store based on the volume you are selling and how often orders come in.
Order approval settings can be changed by clicking on the store menu in the upper right corner, selecting "Manage My Stores" from the drop down menu, followed by the settings gear icon, then "Preferences".
Here, you can select between automatic order approval, manual order approval, or an automatic approval for a specific time of the day. Make sure to save any changes by clicking on "Save" at the bottom on the page.
