The order production time depends on several factors, such as time of the year, product stock status, and order size.
Almost all orders are shipped within 2-7 business days from the order submission date. That being said, it is important to note that the exact production time can differ from order to order.
What is the average production time?
As you’re choosing your preferred print provider for the product, you’re able to see their average fulfillment time for this product over the last 30 days:
While the average production time is not guaranteed (holidays and high volume seasons will cause production time to increase), this number may be helpful to base your decision on.
In addition to the above, you can check the current fulfillment status of our print provider network here. The information there is updated on a daily basis and will be especially useful during the holiday season.
Where can I see the current production time estimate of my order?
Once an order has been submitted to production, you will be able to see a highly accurate ship-by date estimate in your “My Orders” tab, as well as once you click on the order to see additional details:

Why is my order taking longer than expected?
On occasion, the order fulfillment may take longer than initially expected. This may be caused by one of the following:
The garment is out of stock and needs to be ordered from the supplier (if the delay is just a few days, the print providers do not necessarily inform us).
The product did not pass the post-production quality check and needs to be reprinted to ensure a high quality standard.
The order contains 12 or more items.
