Order issues are rare to occur, but in the off-chance that they do, we want you to know exactly how to report this to our Merchant Support team, so that we can be quick to resolve the matter.
1. In the Printify platform, navigate to the "Orders" section at the top of the page.
2. In "My Orders" panel, find the specific order that has the issue and click on it.
3. Finally, select the item of concern, and click on "Submit Issue" and specify the issue you're experiencing.
4. Once all steps have been completed, the form is sent to our Merchant Support team. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible!
