Order issues are rare to occur, but in the off-chance that they do, we want you to know exactly how to report them to our Merchant Support team so that we can be quick to resolve the matter.
1. In the Printify platform, navigate to the “Orders” section at the top of the page.
2. In the “My Orders” panel, find the specific order that has the issue and click on it to open order details. Then click on “Submit Issue” below the affected product.
3. Next, select the type of issue, and proceed to upload a photo of the product, if required.
4. Once all steps have been completed, the form is sent to our Merchant Support team. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible!
