To speed up the process of fixing orders affected by a temporary stock shortage, our system will periodically check the stock levels of the unavailable products.

Orders that previously couldn’t be processed due to a stock shortage will now be submitted to production automatically* once the required stock becomes available again.

*While still being in line with your chosen Order Approval Settings.

Please note that this only applies to orders created after December 16, 2021.

How it works

Orders will be processed according to your chosen Order Approval Settings:

  • Manual

Once the required product becomes available again, the order status will be automatically changed from “On hold: Out of Stock” to “On hold” and you’ll need to manually send the order to production.

  • Automatically in 1 hour

Once the required product becomes available again, the order status will be changed from “On hold: Out of Stock” to “On hold” and it will be automatically sent to production 1 hour after it was created. If the order was created more than 1 hour ago, then it will be submitted to production immediately.

  • Automatically in 24 hours

Once the required product becomes available again, the order status will be changed from “On hold: Out of Stock” to “On hold” and the order will be automatically sent to production 24 hours after it was created. If the order was created more than 24 hours ago, then it will be submitted to production immediately.

  • Automatically at a certain time every day

Once the required product becomes available again, the order status will be changed from “On hold: Out of Stock” to “On hold” and the order will be automatically sent to production at your specified time of the day. If the order was created before this time on the previous day, then it will be submitted to production immediately.
