We occasionally offer our users the opportunity to participate in fun challenges in order to earn valuable rewards. If you won a reward while taking part in one of Printify’s challenges, go to your Rewards wallet to check your available reward balance.

You can see the reward amount in your Printify Rewards wallet

The Rewards wallet displays the available reward amount for the current month, which is the total of multiple challenge rewards if you have participated. 

You can find the rewards you have received and the Printify orders on which rewards have been automatically applied under Transactions.

The reward is applied to your orders automatically

The reward amount of each month will automatically be used to cover up to 20% of the Printify order production cost (excluding shipping and tax). The discount amount is determined by your available reward balance. If there is any remaining reward balance at the end of the month, it will carry over to the next month.

If you already have a Printify Premium subscription, the 20% discount will add to the Printify Premium discount.

Green November & December rewards 

If you took part in our Green November Challenge, and met the goals set for November and/or December, your reward will be distributed in monthly installments between January and July of 2023. 

• All merchants who successfully signed up for the Green November Challenge (program details here) have received an email about their reward status. Please check your inbox for information on your reward earnings. If you have not received an email or can’t find it, please contact our Support Team.
• The earned reward will be distributed in six monthly installments:
• Rewards for exceeding your November target will be distributed in six monthly installments between January and June of 2023. 
• Rewards for exceeding your December target will be distributed in six monthly installments between February and July of 2023. 

POD Quest rewards

If you took part in our POD Quest: The Battle for Sales and are one of the lucky challenge winners, your reward will be added to your Rewards wallet in the following month after completing the challenge. 

The winners have been announced on the POD Quest page and have also been notified via email.
