How does publishing work if I’ve changed my billing currency in Printify?

If you have changed your billing currency in Printify from United States Dollar (USD) to another currency, note that only the product costs are converted to the billing currency on Printify.

The retail price and profit are not converted to the chosen billing currency due to a technical limitation, however, this is on our roadmap.

If you’re using another currency in your store that is not USD, make sure to input a numeric value when setting the retail price of the product in Printify, as only numeric values are published to the sales channel (without conversion). Read more.

For example, if you’re using the British Pound (GBP) as your store currency, and wish to sell the product for GBP 24.99 in your store, enter the numeric value (24.99 in this case) as the Retail price in Printify when publishing the product to your store, ignoring the “USD”.
