How can I create reusable artwork templates?

A template is a saved layout of your artwork (images, text, and their sizes/positions). Use templates to quickly reuse the same design on other products without rebuilding it from scratch.

Create a template

1. Open a product via My products → Edit design to access the Product Creator.
2. Upload the images and/or text you want to include in your template.
3. Click and hold on an empty area of the canvas, then drag to draw a box around the elements you want to include in the template.
4. Click Save as template, then give your template a name.

Apply a template to another product

1. Open a product in the Product Creator and go to My templates in the left panel.
2. Click the template to place it on the product.
3. Adjust position/scale if needed, then continue to publish.

Where to find your templates

• After saving, your templates appear in My templates, located in the left panel of the Product Creator.
• When applied to other products, the artwork keeps its original dimensions; if the scale remains unchanged, it also maintains the same physical size across products.

Important notes

• Templates cannot be edited after creation.
• To make changes, modify the design and save it as a new template.
• Templates cannot be downloaded.
• Templates can only be deleted if no longer needed.
