Can I use Printify together with Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA)?
Yes, you can use Printify together with Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA): this allows you to offer faster fulfillment to your customers and secure stock ahead of the holiday season, among other benefits. Additionally, Amazon will fully handle customer service and return management for your FBA orders.
The following services are included in the product price:
- Amazon barcodes (printing & labeling per item)
- Individual packaging for each item
- Shipping label per box (master carton)
Ordering products for FBA differs slightly from standard Printify or bulk orders. Simply follow the FBA ordering steps outlined below.
Step 1: Choose your FBA products
Start by identifying the products you would like to offer through Amazon FBA. Note that you can combine various products from a single Print Provider within one order.
Step 2: Email us the required product details
Next, provide the following information about the products and email it to neti.kaljurand@printify.com:
- Contact Number and Email: Your contact phone number and e-mail address.
- Print Provider Name: Print Provider name from which you would like to place the FBA order.
- Product Details: Provide the product details such as product model and size.
- Designs: Share the designs that you intend to use for the products.
- Total Quantity: Total number of items that you want to order.
- Deadline: Provide the deadline by when the order is needed.
Step 3: Place a manual order through your Printify account
Once we confirm your order details, you will need to create a manual order in your Printify account for the approved products. The specific steps for placing the order will depend on your Print Provider. Don’t worry, our team will provide personalized instructions to ensure you complete the process correctly.
After placing your order, please email the Printify order ID to neti.kaljurand@printify.com.
Step 4: Once fulfilled, create FBA shipment labels and send them to us
- Once the order has been fulfilled, our team will notify you and let you know the Print Provider’s preferred carrier pick-up dates.
- In your Amazon account, schedule a carrier pick-up for the FBA shipment for one of the dates.
- Once done, email the shipping labels to neti.kaljurand@printify.com and we’ll forward them to the Print Provider.
- You’ll be able to follow the shipment journey from your Amazon account once the shipment has been picked up by the carrier.
