Why did my order/product get blocked for Intellectual Property infringement?
If you notice an “IP reported” status on your My Products page, it indicates that we have received a complaint from the Intellectual Property owner about your product listing, including the design, title, and/or product description. In such cases, we are legally obligated to remove the product from our platform. However, if a mistake was made in blocking your product, you may submit an appeal.
What happens if my product is blocked?
Your product will be marked as blocked on the My Products page, and certain actions such as publishing, creating an order, using the replace feature and duplicating the product will be unavailable. Already published listings will be hidden on the external sales channel.

What can I do to unblock my product?
If you see that a mistake has been made (whether you own the rights to the Intellectual Property, or if the Intellectual Property does not require any commercial license), you may submit an appeal from the product details page itself, by clicking Request appeal.
Once an appeal has been submitted, we will review it and get back to you once we have a result.
