Whether you’re updating the shipping rates for an existing product or creating a new product, it’s as simple as clicking Publish.

To publish or update shipping rates for multiple products in bulk:

1. Navigate to the My Products page in Printify.
2. Mark the checkbox next to whichever products you want to update, or click Select all.
3. Click Edit Shipping and select the “Automatically assign a new shipping profile” option from the drop-down menu.
4. Click Confirm and publish.

Alternatively, to update shipping rates for a single product:

1. Navigate to the My Products section in Printify and click on the product card.
2. Click Edit under Shipping section and select the “Automatically assign a new shipping profile” option from the drop-down menu.
3. Go down to Publishing settings and ensure that the checkbox for Shipping profile is marked.
4. Click Publish to sync the changes with your store.

What are the benefits of updating my shipping rates from Printify side?

This will ensure that the shipping rates charged to your customer are the exact same as those charged to you for fulfillment, which can help ensure that your profit margins are correct.

In addition, to avoid creating an overabundance of shipping profiles on Shopify side, we will automatically select an existing profile with matching settings if one has already been created (e.g - if you’ve previously created a product using Bella+Canvas 3001 and selected to automatically create and assign a shipping profile, we will reuse that same shipping profile for all subsequent Bella+Canvas 3001 products with the same Print Provider).

If you wish to exceed this limit, please manually edit the shipping profile in Shopify and add additional rates accordingly.

Can I select an existing shipping profile for my Shopify products?

If you’ve already created a shipping profile on Shopify and you’d like to use it for Printify products, you can assign it the same way from Printify side.

1. Navigate to the My Products section in Printify and click on the product card.
2. Click Edit under Shipping section and select the shipping profile you’d like to use from the drop-down menu. We recommend using unique naming to distinguish your shipping profile by.
3. Go down to Publishing settings and ensure that the checkbox for Shipping profile is marked.
4. Click Publish to sync the changes with your store.
