How can I publish the Printify shipping rates to Shopify?

Our Shopify integration uses shipping profiles, eliminating the need for manual shipping setup for your products. The correct shipping rates will automatically be assigned upon publishing. When publishing products from Printify, simply choose which shipping methods to enable, and we’ll automatically create or assign the appropriate Shopify shipping profile.

To publish shipping rates for a new product

To push the Printify shipping profiles to Shopify, select "Automatically assign and update profile if needed" whenever you publish a new product.

When this option is selected, Printify will either:

• create a new Shopify shipping profile for the product, or
• automatically reuse an existing profile with matching shipping settings.

For example, if you previously published a Bella+Canvas 3001 t-shirt from a specific Print Provider using automatic profile assignment, all future Bella+Canvas 3001 products from that same Print Provider can reuse the same shipping profile.

To republish shipping rates in bulk

If you want to change the shipping profiles for multiple products at the same time:

1. Go to My Products in Printify.
2. Check the boxes next to the products you wish to update or select all of them
3. Click on Edit Shipping.
4. Select the shipping methods you want to enable for the chosen products, and ensure that the “Automatically assign and update profile if needed” option is checked.
5. Finally, click on Confirm and publish.

To republish shipping rates individually

If you want to change the shipping profile for a specific product:

1. Navigate to the My Products section in Printify and click on the product.
2. Click Edit under Shipping section and select the “Automatically assign and update profile if needed" option from the drop-down menu.
3. Go down to Publishing settings and ensure that the checkbox for Shipping profile is marked.
4. Click Publish to sync the changes with your store.
