Can I create a product with Express Delivery variants, as well as unsupported variants?
Depending on the sales channel you are using, it may be possible to create a product that includes both supported and unsupported variants for Express Delivery.
Due to a technical limitation, unsupported color and size variants will be removed upon enabling Express Delivery. If you’d like to continue selling unsupported color variants, we recommend splitting the product into two separate listings in your Etsy store:
- Duplicate the existing product before setting up Express Delivery for the original product.
- Next, edit the duplicated product listing in Printify to remove those color variants that are offered in the Express Delivery listing, while keeping those colors that are not available as part of Express Delivery.
- Lastly, publish the product.
Shopify and Printify Pop-Up Store
Shopify and Printify Pop-Up Store products can consist of supported, as well as unsupported variants. If Express Delivery is available for the variant that the customer has selected, it will be displayed automatically at checkout.
The applicable delivery option will be shown depending on the customer’s Walmart shipping address settings and the selected product variant. If Express Delivery is available for the selected variant, it will be displayed automatically. If not, standard delivery will be displayed to the customer.
