My TikTok Shop account got suspended, what should I do?
It’s essential to communicate with TikTok Shop representatives if your shop is suspended. Based on our data, these suspensions happen rarely, and are usually due to a problem with automations that are still being established. If an undeserved suspension happens to you, please provide TikTok with all the information they require and emphasize that you’re using Printify, an official TikTok integration.
The TikTok community team is actively working to understand account bans and deactivations better and advocate for sellers. If your seller account gets banned or deactivated, please take the following steps:
- Submit a case ID to TikTok: Use this link to submit a case detailing your situation.
- Contact TikTok’s customer support: In addition to submitting a case, reach out to TikTok Shop’s customer support.

What should I do if my warehouse address gets flagged in my TikTok Shop account?
We know that it can be frustrating, but it is important to continuously let the TikTok support representatives you speak to know that you are using Printify, and sell products manufactured by Printify, which is on the list of official TikTok integrations.

What is Printify doing to improve the experience with TikTok Shop?
We’re continually communicating with TikTok representatives and trying to resolve any issues our merchants face.
Additionally, we have:
- Created a toggle that allows you to filter for TikTok-eligible products in any Catalog subcategory. These products are typically fulfilled and shipped within 3 business days to meet TikTok Shop’s fulfillment requirements.
- Enabled Order Routing by default for all TikTok Shop stores connected to Printify to ensure all eligible orders are routed to a Print Provider that offers the fastest possible fulfillment. If you prefer not to use this, you have complete flexibility in adjusting Order Routing settings based on your requirements, or you can disable this feature entirely.
