What are the costs associated with selling on eBay US?
eBay charges two main types of selling fees: an insertion fee when you create a listing, and a final value fee when your item sells. Once your sales are growing, consider subscribing to eBay Store (starting from USD 4.95/month), as this will lower your selling fees and be more cost-effective.
Fee | Amount |
---|---|
Insertion fee | Free (the first 250 listings* of the month, then USD 0.35 per product) |
Final value fee | 3-15% (of the retail price, sales tax, payment processing, shipping and other applicable fees) + USD 0.30 fee per order |
*All size/color variants of a product are counted towards this limit.

Tip
When you sign up for an eBay account, there will be initial eBay selling limits put in place, restricting the number of products that can be listed. However, Printify merchants can request an increase in their selling limits by filling out this form.
