Defective in appearance or functionality
If the received product has defects in its outward appearance (including the customizable product packaging or the sticker label with your printed design, or broken safety seal), or its functionality, Printify offers a free reprint or a full refund if the issue is reported within 30 days of product delivery. Please contact our team and provide a clear photo showing the problem.
Wrong product received
If the wrong product has been received by the customer, Printify offers a free reprint or a full refund if the issue is reported within 30 days of product delivery. Please contact our team and provide a clear photo showing the problem.
Damaged or lost in transit
In the event of damage or loss during transit, Printify offers a free reprint or refund if you report the issue within 30 days of product delivery. Please contact our team and provide a clear photo showing the problem, if applicable.
Product content issue
