What are the guidelines for publishing adidas® products to my Etsy store?

You can publish our adidas® products on any sales channel. However, extra precautions are necessary when publishing them on Etsy to comply with Etsy’s Creativity Standards policy. To be eligible for sale on Etsy, your listing must meet the requirements for items designed by a seller, meaning your original design is applied to the product. In this article, you will find suggestions for best practices to ensure a smooth publishing process.

Note

Please keep in mind that you may not use the adidas® name or logo in your designs. Additionally, make sure your listing titles and tags comply with Etsy’s Intellectual Property Policy when referencing brand names.

In the listing title, mention that this is a personalized or customized product

This will help clarify that the product is not simply being resold, which would violate Etsy’s Creativity Standards policy, but rather it is a customized product featuring your original design.

In the listing description, indicate why the product complies with Etsy’s policy

We suggest clearly stating in the listing description that you created or own the original design used for these products. Therefore, you can be classified as a seller offering items designed by a seller under Etsy’s Creativity Standards policy.

In the listing, show that you are using a production partner for fulfillment
