How can I replace the Print Provider for multiple products at once?

You can save time by bulk-switching multiple products to a different Print Provider while keeping your existing product details unchanged. This is a great way to optimize your fulfillment strategy or switch to a provider with better rates. This guide will walk you through filtering your products and republishing the updates to your sales channel.

Note

If you want to change the product model (e.g., from Bella+Canvas 3001 to Gildan 5000), you’ll need to update each product individually.

Step 1: Select existing products with the same model and provider

Select the products you want to switch to another Print Provider. Use the filters at the top to find products from the same Print Provider and brand.

All selected products must be of the same model (e.g., Bella+Canvas 3001) and Print Provider.

Step 2: Choose the bulk replace option

Choose More actions, then select Replace provider.

Step 3: Choose the new Print Provider

You will now see a menu of available Print Provider options compared to your current provider. Select one of these options to switch all of the selected products.

Note

Currently, it’s not possible to select specific variants for the product. By default, all available color and size variants will be selected.

Tip

After replacing the Print Provider, we recommend reviewing the product designs, mockups, and retail prices to ensure everything looks exactly how you want it.

Step 4: Republish the products to your sales channel

Finally, you’ll need to republish the products for which you just replaced the Print Provider.

Select the products again and choose Publish.
Choose Sync and publish selected details for all products, ensuring you check the Shipping profile box.
Click Confirm.
