How can I change an order to be fulfilled with Printify Choice?

We’ve made switching to Printify Choice simple. If a product in your order is out of stock or a better deal is available, we’ll offer you the option to compare and switch to Printify Choice.

Any eligible product in an order can be transferred to Printify Choice for fulfillment, even if it was originally assigned to a different Print Provider. Here’s how you can do it:

Step 1: Check for savings on eligible products

If any product in your order is available through Printify Choice, we’ll display a banner highlighting your potential savings:

Step 2: Compare your current option with Printify Choice

Click Compare with Printify Choice to view a side-by-side comparison of your current print provider and Printify Choice. Next, select Replace with Printify Choice to proceed to the next step.

Step 3: Review the design placement

Review the design placement in the Product Creator. Ensure that all design areas are checked before finalizing the changes. Click Save product to proceed with the replacement.

Once you switch the product to Printify Choice, the order will update automatically. You can then submit the order to production immediately or according to your chosen order approval settings.

Note

When you follow the steps described above, a new product will be created in My Products, fulfilled by Printify Choice, while the original product remains unchanged. To permanently migrate the product to Printify Choice for all future orders, please follow these steps.
