How can I change an order to be fulfilled with Printify Choice?
We’ve made switching to Printify Choice simple. If a product in your order is out of stock or available at a better deal, you’ll see the option to compare and switch.
Any eligible product in an order can be transferred to Printify Choice for fulfillment, even if it was originally assigned to a different Print Provider.
Where can I switch to Printify Choice?
You may see the Compare with Printify Choice option in three places:
- During product selection
When selecting sizes for a product that isn’t already Printify Choice, you’ll see a Compare with Printify Choice button directly in the size selection menu.
- While creating or editing an order (before submission)
Once a product is added to the order, you may see a banner highlighting potential savings with Printify Choice.
This can appear both while you’re creating the order and on the order page before it’s submitted. Clicking the banner opens a side-by-side comparison of your current provider and Printify Choice.
- After the order is submitted
Even if an order has already been submitted, eligible products can still be switched to Printify Choice. If the order qualifies, you’ll see the same savings banner as in unsubmitted orders.
From there, follow the same steps: compare → review design placement → replace provider.
How to switch to Printify Choice
Follow these steps to switch an eligible product in your order to Printify Choice.
Step 1: Compare your options
Click Compare with Printify Choice. A side-by-side comparison of your current Print Provider and Printify Choice will appear.
Step 2: Replace with Printify Choice
Click Replace with Printify Choice to confirm you want to switch.
Step 3: Review design placement
Your product will then open in the Product Creator. Review the design placement and ensure all print areas are checked, and click Save product to confirm.
Step 4: Order updates automatically
Once you switch the product to Printify Choice, the order will update automatically. You can then submit the order to production immediately or according to your chosen order approval settings.
