If you encounter a "Too many requests per minute" error while navigating Printify, it usually means your account has reached a temporary activity limit. To prevent overuse of the Printify platform’s resources, we have implemented a request limit per user. This ensures that users who exceed our fair use policy will have restricted access to certain actions in their accounts.
The limitations apply to the following actions:
- Viewing Print Providers, products, variants, or shipping information in our Catalog
- Uploading, archiving, or viewing images
- Creating, updating, viewing, deleting, or publishing products
- Viewing, canceling, or calculating shipping costs for orders
What is the fair use policy?
