Why am I getting a "Too many requests per minute" error?

If you are using the platform within normal limits and still receive the “Too many requests per minute” error, please contact our Support Team so we can help troubleshoot the issue with your account. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused.
To prevent overuse of the Printify platform’s resources, we have implemented a request limit per user. This ensures that users who exceed our fair use policy will have restricted access to certain actions in their account.
The limitations apply to the following actions:
- Viewing Print Providers, products, variants, or shipping information in our Catalog
- Uploading, archiving, or viewing images
- Creating, updating, viewing, deleting, or publishing products
- Viewing, canceling, or calculating shipping costs for orders
What is the fair use policy?
It refers to using Printify as intended—like creating products, connecting a store, and preparing to sell. Unusually high or automated activity beyond normal merchant use may lead to request limits.
Note
Merchants who use the Printify platform within the fair use policy are not affected by these limitations.
