International Shipping Restrictions for Area and Outdoor Rugs Fulfilled by MWW

Due to international regulations and size constraints, shipping restrictions apply to certain larger sizes of Outdoor Rugs and Area Rugs fulfilled by MWW in Europe and the United States.

These restrictions are in place because the large dimensions of these rugs exceed the size limits set by international shipping carriers; therefore, they cannot be shipped internationally. Attempting to place an order for these larger rug sizes, to which shipping restrictions apply, will result in the order not being successfully forwarded to production.

Note

These restrictions apply only to international orders and domestic orders fulfilled by MWW. Domestic orders within the United States, including those with sizes subject to international shipping restrictions, are not affected and can still be shipped.

If your store currently offers any of the affected Area or Outdoor Rug sizes for international shipping, we recommend updating the shipping settings to domestic shipping only.

To better accommodate your customers, consider offering the following products as alternatives:

Round Rugs.
Outdoor Rugs and Area Rugs in the following smaller sizes: 24" x 36", 36" x 24", 36" x 60", and 60" x 36".
