Will the GPSR business information be visible to my customers?

Your listings show the business and responsible person details you enter in Store settings, which is what the GPSR requires for products sold into the EU and Northern Ireland.

  • Your business is registered in the EU or Northern Ireland: use your own contact details.
  • Your business is based elsewhere: appoint a partner established in the EU to act as your responsible person, and use their contact details.
Note
Printify's name doesn't appear anywhere in your listings. The business and responsible person details shown to your customers are the ones you enter in Store settings.
