How can I set up a cover banner for my Pop-Up Store?

The cover banner feature lets you enhance the appearance of your Pop-Up Store by adding a customizable visual element at the top of your store homepage. Use it to display an image and optional text to highlight promotions, announcements, or branding.

Make sure your image is in JPEG, JPG, or PNG format. For best results, the recommended dimensions are between 800x300 pixels (minimum) and 2500x1000 pixels (maximum). The file size should be under 500 KB for faster loading.

Follow these steps to set up your cover banner.

Step 1: Access the Store Builder

To add a cover banner, navigate to the Store Builder by going to Store settings → Customize store.

Step 2: Select the cover banner option

Once inside the Store Builder, locate the cover banner settings in the left sidebar by clicking on Cover banner. This will open the customization panel for further adjustments.

Step 3: Upload an image and add text

Now, personalize your cover banner by adding an image and optional text. A live preview of your store homepage will help you fine-tune the look before finalizing your changes.

If your image needs resizing, you can use online tools or design software to adjust its dimensions. Ensure your image meets the recommended size for the best display.

  1. Click Upload image and select a file from your device.
  2. Enter your header text and body text, if needed.
  3. Choose a text color that complements your image.
Tip
Use a high-quality image that aligns with your store’s branding. The system automatically adjusts the width to fit the banner, so you may need to resize your image using online tools or design software, if it doesn’t look right.

Tip
Once your cover banner is set up, test how it looks on both desktop and mobile devices to ensure it displays correctly across platforms.

Your cover banner is now active. You can return to the Store Builder anytime to update the image, adjust the text, or disable it if needed.
