How does the removal of the “de minimis” exemption affect me?
Starting May 2, 2025, the US removed the de minimis exemption for certain imports from China.
For orders fulfilled by the partners below and shipped from China to the US, import duties (typically up to 145% reciprocal tariffs on top of pre-existing tariffs) may be applied upon delivery.

These charges aren’t included in the Printify fulfillment price and will be the responsibility of the recipient (your customer) when orders are delivered.
We strongly recommend adding a disclaimer to any affected listings to give your customers a heads-up and avoid surprise charges from customs before receiving their order. Here’s a sample disclaimer you can use:
Please note: For orders shipped to the US, you may need to pay import duties or taxes before receiving your package if your item ships from overseas. These fees are not included in the item price and will be your responsibility to pay.
