What does it mean when my order is in “Ready to ship”?
When an order is in the “Ready to ship” stage, the shipping label has been created and the order has been fulfilled, but the package has not yet been scanned into the carrier’s system.
How long does “Ready to ship” take?
Once the order is in “Ready to ship” and is received by the shipping carrier, the order will be marked as “Shipped”. Please note that for domestic deliveries, it can take up to 5 business days, and for international deliveries, it can take up to 7 business days for updates to appear.
In some cases, carriers may not perform the initial scan at pickup. Instead, the package’s first scan may happen only once it reaches a larger sorting hub or regional facility. This can make the order appear to remain in “Ready to ship” longer than it actually does, even though it’s already moving within the carrier’s network. This is common during the holiday season, especially.
What should I do if my order is stuck in "Ready to ship"?
In case the order hasn’t been updated within the usual estimated time, we recommend:
- Checking the tracking link to confirm whether the carrier has updated the status.
- If there is no update, reach out to our Support Team. We’re here to help you out.
