How do I connect my Big Cartel store to Printify?
You can connect your Big Cartel store to Printify to create and sell custom products with on-demand fulfillment. Big Cartel is ideal for artists, makers, and small business owners who want a simple way to start selling online. Once connected, you can publish your Printify products directly to your Big Cartel shop and let Printify handle production and shipping.
Step 1: Create your free Printify account or log in
Go to Printify and create your free account if you don’t have one yet, or log in to your existing account.
Step 2: Create your store in Printify
- In your Printify account, open the stores menu in the top-left corner.
- Click Add a new store, or click on an existing store with the “Not Connected” status.
- Choose Big Cartel as your sales channel.
Step 3: Connect Big Cartel to Printify
- You’ll be prompted to sign in (or sign up) to your Big Cartel account.
- Authorize the connection between Big Cartel and Printify by clicking Allow.
- Once connected, your Big Cartel store will appear in your Printify dashboard.
What Big Cartel plan do I need to use Printify?
Big Cartel offers three plans: Gold (free), Platinum ($15/month), and Diamond ($30/month). The Platinum plan supports up to 50 products per store, and 5 images per listing.

How do I set up shipping?
Shipping pricing is managed directly in Big Cartel, not through Printify. Printify will charge you for shipping according to our Print Provider rates, but you have full control over how shipping costs are set and displayed to your customers in Big Cartel.

No. Automatic stock syncing isn’t supported in Big Cartel. If you receive an out-of-stock notification in Printify, you’ll need to manually update the product’s visibility in your Big Cartel store.
