Why can’t I delete my files?

The system prevents permanent deletion of your uploaded files because it’s not always possible to determine whether a file is still in use.

However, the files can be archived. Once archived, the file is removed from your active file list. Go to Account → My files in the left-side menu or the top-right menu.

You can also archive files from the Product Creator:

Archived files can’t be restored to the active file list, but you can still download them from Account → My files → Archived. Simply download the full-resolution file and re-upload it.
