Why hasn’t my Etsy order imported into Printify yet?
Most Etsy orders will appear in Printify within a 2-hour timeframe after they have been submitted in Etsy. If an order hasn’t been imported into Printify after this period of time, it is most likely because its payment hasn’t cleared yet.
Only orders with an Etsy status “Paid” will be imported into Printify. Our system will continue to automatically check the status of the Etsy order and import it into Printify once the status has been updated to “Paid”.
We recommend getting in touch with Etsy support and/or with the customer if the order status hasn’t changed to “Paid” within a few days’ time.
However, sometimes, due to technical issues, orders might not have synchronized successfully even if the Etsy status has changed to “Paid”. If you notice some orders missing, you can manually trigger Etsy order importing from the last 3 days. Simply click the Sync button in the “My orders” page, and the system will import only the orders that have not been synced yet.
Please note that you can manually import orders only once every 24 hours.
Order synchronization will take a few minutes, but once finished, the orders should show up in the “My orders” page.
