What should I do if the order payment didn’t go through?
A transaction may fail for various reasons, and if it does, a notification banner will display the specific cause. To fix the issue, follow the outlined steps provided in the notification.
Note
If your card is permanently unavailable, such as when it has expired, you’ll need to use a different card or your Printify balance to complete the payment.
After resolving the payment issue by either topping up your account balance or linking a card, be sure to click Retry payment to ensure the order is processed and sent to production.
If we need to review your payment method, the order will be placed on hold. However, you can still use your Printify balance as a payment option. You can expect to receive an email from us within 24 to 72 hours regarding the next steps.
