What should I do if the order payment didn’t go through?
A transaction may fail for various reasons, and if it does, a notification banner will display the specific cause. To resolve the issue, follow the steps outlined in the notification.
Step 1: Fix the payment issue
- If your card has expired or is no longer available, add a new card or top up your Printify Balance.
- If the issue was temporary (e.g., insufficient funds), ensure your card now has the required funds.
Note
If your card is permanently unavailable, such as when it has expired, you’ll need to use a different card or your Printify Balance to complete the payment.
Step 2: Retry the payment
- Go to the Orders page in your Printify account.
- In the order view, click the Retry payment button to ensure the order is processed and sent to production.
If your payment method is under review
If Printify needs to review your payment method, the order will be placed on hold.
- You’ll receive an email within 24 to 72 hours with the next steps.
- In the meantime, you can also choose to pay with your Printify Balance to process the order.
