Automatic Out-of-Stock Order Processing When Stock is Replenished
To speed up the process of fixing orders affected by a temporary stock shortage, our system will periodically check stock levels of unavailable products.
Orders that previously couldn’t be processed due to a stock shortage will be submitted to production automatically once the required stock becomes available, while still in line with your chosen order approval settings.
How it works
Orders will be processed according to your chosen order approval settings:
Manual
Once the required product becomes available, the order status will automatically be changed from “On hold: Out of Stock” to “On hold” and you need to manually send the order to production.
Automatically (1 hour)
Once the required product becomes available, the order status will be changed from “On hold: Out of Stock” to “On hold” and it will automatically be sent to production 1 hour after it was created. If the order was created more than 1 hour ago, then it will be submitted to production immediately.
Automatically (24 hours)
Once the required product becomes available, the order status will be changed from “On hold: Out of Stock” to “On hold” and the order will automatically be sent to production 24 hours after it was created. If the order was created more than 24 hours ago, then it will be submitted to production immediately.
Automatically (Set time)
Once the required product becomes available, the order status will be changed from “On hold: Out of Stock” to “On hold” and the order will automatically be sent to production at your specified time of the day. If the order was created before this time on the previous day, then it will be submitted to production immediately.
