How can I submit my VAT IDs to Printify?

If you’re registered for VAT in Europe, you can submit your VAT IDs in your Printify account so that your orders are taxed correctly.

Step 1: Open the VAT submission form

Go to Wallet → Taxes → EU, Norway & UK in your Printify account.

Step 2: Check your business information

Make sure your business details are accurate.

• If you need to update them, click Edit in My Account.
• Remember: if you update this information later, your submitted VAT IDs will be invalidated and must be resubmitted.

Step 3: Enter your VAT ID(s)

• Select the VAT ID issuer country.

• Enter your VAT ID, making sure to include the country prefix (e.g., DE123456789 for Germany, FR123456789 for France).

• If you’re unsure, try submitting with and without the country prefix.

• If you have multiple VAT IDs, you can enter them all at once.

Step 4: Submit and validate

• Double-check your information.

• Tick the confirmation box and click Submit VAT ID.

• The validation process may take some time.

If there’s a mismatch between your provided business information and the submitted VAT ID number, our team will contact you regarding the next steps.
