How can I set up a custom return address for my orders?
If an order can’t be delivered to the recipient, it will be returned to the return address indicated on the shipping label. By default, this will be an unbranded Printify return facility address or an unbranded Print Provider’s return facility address.
If you prefer to use a custom return address (for example, a home or a business address), you can set it up in your Printify account. Keep in mind that if you’re using a custom return address, you will need to handle your returns.
Note
Some Print Providers do not support a custom return address. A custom return address will be used only if the order is being fulfilled in the same country as the custom address, and if the chosen Print Provider offers this option.
To set up a custom return address
- Navigate to Store settings → Ship from address. A custom return address has to be set up for each store separately.
- Select Custom address and enter a valid address.
- Click Save to save the changes.
You can preview the shipping label by clicking See label example.
Please be aware that the custom return address feature is currently supported only by the following Print Providers:
