How can I cancel the Printify Premium plan subscription?

This article explains how to cancel your Printify Premium subscription, depending on how you signed up. You’ll also learn what happens after cancellation and how to avoid renewal charges.

If you subscribed to Printify Premium on Printify

Navigate to Premium in the left sidebar of your Printify account.
Click Manage subscription.
Select Cancel subscription.

If you don’t see the Cancel subscription option, it means your subscription has already been canceled and no further charges will be made.

Note

You must unsubscribe before the renewal date to avoid charges for the following month or year, as Printify Premium plans are non-refundable.

If you change your mind after canceling, you can restore your subscription while it is still active by clicking Restore the subscription. Charges will follow the previous subscription schedule, ensuring uninterrupted access to all your benefits.

If you subscribed to Printify Premium via Shopify

Your Premium plan subscription is automatically canceled if:

You uninstall the Printify app.
Your Shopify store has been deleted or suspended.
Your Shopify plan expires.

You can still use Printify by accessing your account on the Printify website, but from that point on, your Premium subscription will be canceled.

If you’d like to delete your account permanently, please make sure to cancel your subscription first to avoid any further charges.
