Why is my Etsy customer not receiving the tracking number for all of their products?
Partial order fulfillment is not supported by Etsy, which means that each Etsy order can only have one tracking number.
If an order consists of multiple shipments, then the additional tracking numbers can be sent to the customer manually via Etsy’s messaging system.
Please also note that if you manually mark the Etsy order as completed, Printify is unable to forward the tracking number to Etsy.
