Why did the product details I updated in eBay revert back to their previous state?
If you notice that your product details on eBay revert to a previous version after you've made updates, it is likely due to a synchronization delay.
When making changes to your product on eBay, please allow a delay of at least 3 minutes before updating the product again in Printify. If you update and republish immediately, a technical limitation may cause details like your description or mockups to revert.

We always recommend making product changes directly in Printify rather than on eBay (except for custom mockup images). After editing, republish the product to ensure changes are synced to your sales channel. You can deselect any specific details you do not want to overwrite during the republishing process.
