Why did the product details I updated in eBay revert back to their previous state?

After making changes to your product in eBay, there needs to be a delay of at least 3 minutes before you can update the product again in Printify.

If you update and republish the product straight away, some product details (such as the mockup and product description) will revert back to their previous state. This occurs due to a technical limitation.

Note
We always recommend that you make any changes to the product in Printify and not in eBay (with the exception of mockup images, if you’d like to use custom ones). That should be followed by republishing the product so that the changes are synced to your sales channel as well, while deselecting those product details that you don’t want to update (overwrite).
