What happens if I delete a product in Printify?

Deleting a product can affect both Printify and your connected store, depending on where you remove it. Understanding how this works can help you avoid accidental mismatches.

If you delete a product listing in Printify, it will also be permanently removed from your connected sales channel.

If you delete a listing directly from your sales channel, it won’t be deleted in Printify. The product will remain in My Products in Printify, but it will no longer be connected to a product in your store.

To prevent confusion, we recommend deleting products from the Printify side whenever possible.
