How do I set up shipping for my Wix store?
When using Wix with Printify, we recommend choosing one of the following shipping setup options:
- Free shipping: This will be a suitable option if you expect most of your customers to be in one area or country (for example, in the US).
- Shipping rates by product: This means you’ll group similar products together and assign a flat rate to each group.
To set up either option, you can watch our video or follow the steps provided below.

Free shipping
The idea is to include each shipping fee within the retail price of your product. In other words, your products will appear to have free shipping; however, the shipping cost will be included in the final amount the customer pays.
Step 1: Set up free shipping on Wix
In your Wix dashboard, go to “Settings” → “Shipping & fulfillment.” Wix stores come with regions already added: one for your own country (Domestic) and one for the rest of the world (International).
Due to the differences in shipping rates for different destinations, we recommend disabling all other destinations in your Wix store shipping settings, except for your target market (e.g., the US). Note that customers from disabled regions won’t be able to check out in your store.
Step 2: Include shipping costs in the retail price
When creating your Printify products, adjust the retail price to include the shipping cost based on the rates displayed in the pricing table.
Shipping rates by product
Using this method, you will group similar products together and assign a flat rate to each group. This option will require more time to set up, however, the setup is a one-time task, so you won’t need to worry about it once it’s done.
Step 1: Select your shipping regions
Wix stores come with regions already added: one for your own country (Domestic) and one for the rest of the world (International). Typically, merchants based in the US will set up rates for at least 3 shipping regions: Domestic (USA), Canada, and International (Rest of the World).
- Go to “Settings” → “Shipping & fulfillment.”
- Click “Add Region” and add Canada, for example.
- Click “Save.”
Step 2: Choose “Rate by Product” and group your products
- Click “Edit” next to one of your shipping regions.
- Choose the “Rate by Product” option, which allows you to group similar products together and assign a flat rate to them.
- Click “Manage Product Groups.” Create one or more groups of similar products (e.g., based on product type) and assign your products to those groups. For example, if you’re selling t-shirts, phone cases, and mugs, we recommend creating 3 groups.
- Click “Done” when finished grouping your products.
Step 3: Enter the flat rates for each product group
- On the same page, name the shipping option, for example, “Standard Shipping”.
- Add the delivery timeframe for this region, for example, 2-5 business days (optional).
- Enter the flat shipping rates for each product group based on Printify’s shipping rates.
- Save once done.
Step 4: Repeat the process for other shipping regions
Next, repeat the same steps for the other regions as well, using the applicable shipping rates.
Finally, to ensure your shipping setup is working as expected, we recommend logging out of Wix, navigating to your storefront, and testing the rates by adding some products to the shopping cart as a customer.
