How can I replace an unavailable product in my order?
Replace an out-of-stock or discontinued product in your order using our Replacement Tool for Order Management. This tool allows you to quickly switch to a different Print Provider or product model, ensuring smooth order fulfillment.
Step 1: Open the affected order
Navigate to the Orders section of your Printify account and open the affected order.
Step 2: Access the Replacement Tool
Access the Replacement Tool by clicking Alternative options below the affected product.
Step 3: Choose the replacement
In the Replacement Tool, you’ll find available Print Provider options for the product. You can also explore alternative product suggestions under the Similar products tab.
Step 4: Confirm your selection
Click Select next your preferred option and confirm it.
Step 5: Review the changes, then submit the order
The order page will reload as the shipping costs and taxes are recalculated. Make sure to review the final costs before sending the order to production by clicking Fulfill order.
