Why am I seeing a shipping profile error in Etsy?
When editing your Printify product on Etsy, you may be prompted to fix the product’s shipping profile before saving your changes. This usually happens when specific shipping data hasn't synced perfectly. If you encounter this error, follow these simple steps to update your profile and get back to selling.
Step 1: Click “Edit” next to the affected shipping profile
Step 2: Add the missing information
You will see that some of the fields are highlighted, specifically the Origin zip code and Delivery time fields.
You will need to input the information mentioned below into the highlighted fields, and update your shipping profile.
- Origin zip code: 19801 (Printify zip code)
- Delivery time: 2-5 business days (please click here to check the domestic delivery time of the particular Print Provider that is being used for the listing)
Note
Make sure that the “Country of origin” is set to United States and “Shipping carrier” is set to Other.
Step 3: Save the changes
Finally, save the changes on Etsy by clicking Publish changes. All set! You can rest assured that no other changes will occur to the shipping profile or the shipping price.
