Why is Etsy asking me to fix the product’s shipping profile?
If you’re editing your Printify product from the Etsy side, you’ll notice that Etsy might ask you to fix the product’s shipping profile in order to save the changes.
You’ll encounter this in the following case:
You’ve published a Printify product to your connected Etsy store.
You’ve made changes to the newly created product in Etsy’s “Shop Manager” → “Listings”.
You’ve attempted to save the changes.
In case you come across this issue, please follow the steps listed below.
Step 1: Click Edit next to the affected shipping profile
Step 2: Add the missing information
You will see that some of the fields are highlighted, specifically the Origin zip code and Delivery time fields.
You will need to input the information mentioned below into the highlighted fields, and update your shipping profile.
- Origin zip code: 19801 (Printify zip code)
- Delivery time: 2-5 business days (please click here to check the domestic delivery time of the particular Print Provider that is being used for the listing)
Step 3: Lastly, save the changes on Etsy by clicking Publish changes
All set! Rest assured that no other changes will occur to the shipping profile or the shipping price.
