After opening a new eBay account and publishing your first few products, it is quite common to receive an account suspension. eBay says it restricts or suspends accounts as a safety measure to protect their community against fraud or any other negative impact.

Check your inbox and/or eBay Messages

eBay will send you an email explaining what happened and what you need to do to get your account back. You’ll also find a copy of this message in your eBay Messages.

Once the eBay account has been reactivated, simply click on the Refresh button in Printify and the red banner should disappear.

Clear browser cache and cookies

If you’re sure that your eBay account is no longer suspended and yet, the banner doesn’t disappear upon clicking the Refresh button, please proceed to clear your browser cache and cookies (here’s how to do it for Google Chrome) and the banner should disappear after that.
