How can I check the status of an order?
Keeping an eye on your order's journey from creation to delivery is crucial for managing your business smoothly. This guide will show you how to quickly check the status of your orders on Printify, understand what each status means, and track your order's shipping progress.
Checking Order Status
To view the current status of your orders, visit the My Orders page on your Printify account.
Orders are displayed with a color-coded system that indicates their current status, along with the estimated or actual shipping date.

Accessing Detailed Order Information
If you need more information about a specific order, navigate to the My Orders page, find and click the order you're interested in.
Below each product in the order, click on the Details button to view comprehensive order details.
Tracking Your Shipment
A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped. Click on the tracking number to track the order’s shipping progress.
Orders with multiple shipments will have separate tracking numbers. Please be aware that some shipments might use untracked carrier services, depending on the Print Provider.
Daily Email Updates
Stay on top of your orders with daily email updates that include:
- New orders
- Orders sent to production
- Out-of-stock notices
- Orders with technical issues
To enable daily updates:
Navigate to Store Settings → Order Settings.
Check the box under Daily Order Updates.
Click Save to activate.
