How do I duplicate products in Printify?

You can duplicate products within the same store or copy them between connected Printify stores to save time and keep your listings consistent. This is especially useful when creating new design variations using an existing product setup, including the same variants, mockups, descriptions, pricing, and Print Provider settings. Whether you’re expanding to a new niche or reusing a successful product layout, Printify makes it easy to manage your Catalog efficiently.

How do I duplicate a product in the same store?

To create a copy of an existing product in the same store, click the Duplicate icon in My Products.

The duplicated product keeps the original product setup, including variants, pricing, descriptions, mockups, and Print Provider settings. You can then edit the copied product to create a new design variation without starting from scratch.

Tip

Use product duplication when you want to create multiple versions of the same product with different designs or minor listing changes.

How do I copy products between different stores?

If you have several stores connected to the same Printify account, you can easily copy products from one store to another without needing to recreate them from scratch.

Note

Copying products between stores may take a few hours, depending on the number of products. Once the products have been copied in Printify, you’ll still need to publish them to your sales channel manually — they won’t appear in your store automatically. If the copied products haven’t appeared in your account after several hours, please reach out to our Support Team for further assistance.

Individual products

Select the products that you want to copy to another store. Then, click More actions → Copy to other store.

Note that some product details might be lost due to different sales channel limitations, so make sure to check those products after copying.

All products

If you’d like to copy all of your products from one store to another, navigate to My Stores. Then select More details → Copy products.

Tip

Some product details may not transfer perfectly between sales channels. Review your copied products before publishing to ensure everything looks correct.
