What should I do if I can’t log in to my Printify account?
If you can’t log in to your account, it might be because you forgot your password, don’t remember which email you used, or are running into a technical issue. This article explains the different problems that can happen and the steps you can take to solve them.
Lost password
- Go to the login page and click Forgot password? (or click here).
- Enter your registered email address and click Reset password.
- Check your inbox for the password reset email (don’t forget to look in your spam folder).
- Click the link in the email. A new page will open where you can set a new password.
Lost email
If you can’t remember which email you used to register:
- Follow the Forgot password? steps and try your most frequently used email addresses.
- Check your inboxes to see if you received a password reset email.
- Repeat with other addresses you might have used.

Issues logging in with Apple Sign-In
If you created your Printify account using Apple Sign-in, you won’t be able to log in by entering an email and password. Instead, you’ll need to use the Continue with Apple button.
- Go to the login page.
- Click Sign in with Apple (on web or the iOS app).
- Complete the sign-in flow using your Apple ID.
If you would prefer to use your email and a password in the future, you’ll need to go through the password reset process. This will allow you to create a Printful-managed password for that Apple-linked account.
If you’re unsure whether you used Apple Sign-In when registering, try logging in using Sign in with Apple. If you are still unable to access your account, please contact our Support Team for assistance.
What if I see a different shop after logging in?
If you log in but don’t see any of your previously created products, orders, etc., you might be logged into the wrong account, or might have accidentally created a new account (using another email).
Check whether you used the correct email address for logging in.
Technical issues
If you’re entering the right details but still can’t log in, it may be a browser issue. Try these steps:
- Clear your browser’s cache and cookies (here’s how in Google Chrome).
- Switch to a different browser (Google Chrome works best).
- Log in from another device.
