Why is nothing happening when I try to top up my balance using PayPal?
When clicking “Add Balance from PayPal” → Transfer, your browser should open a new tab, directly taking you to PayPal.
You may need to temporarily disable your ad/pop-up blocker or enable pop-ups in your browser settings – please see instructions for Google Chrome users here.
