What do I need to do if I’d like to hire an Expert?
- Start by browsing our Experts Database. Here you can learn additional information about each Expert, see their approximate pricing, and check their portfolio of previous work. You can also find a link to their website and/or social media accounts.
- We recommend you to reach out to several experts for each potential project you have in mind. Please note that contacting an Expert does not mean that they have committed to taking on a job.
- Next, we’ll send you and the Expert a summary of your submitted request via email. This email is the starting point for your interaction with the Expert, and should be used to further discuss if you would like to engage the expert in a paid job. If the Expert requires any additional details from you, they will ask you to provide those.
Note that some Experts prefer that you schedule a short initial call to discuss your request. If this is the case, you will find a link to the expert’s calendar in the email that you are sent after making a contact request. Please schedule the call at a time suitable for you. This call is free of charge. - You are likely to receive responses from several Experts. It’s up to you which one you choose. Once both parties have agreed on the details, you can consider the Expert as hired.
Whether you engage an Expert in a paid job is up to you and the Expert, so try to be proactive and provide as many relevant details about the project, so the Expert has all the information they need to make a decision.
