What happens when I submit a request to contact an Expert?

Once you submit a request to contact an Expert, we will send both you and the Expert an email with your request details. For some Experts, you will also find a meeting link in this email encouraging you to book a quick, free of charge meeting with the expert to discuss your project, payment, and timeline. 

This email is the starting point for your interaction with the Expert and should be used to further discuss, over email or during a meeting, if you would like to engage the Expert in a paid job.
