By default, Printify only offers reprints or replacements for faulty orders. Only if there are subsequent issues with the replacement will a refund be provided and this will always take the form of Printify Credits.

Printify only offers replacements for lost orders or faulty products.

Products are unique and produced to order, therefore, they are non-refundable. Once an order has been sent to production it is sent to the provider and you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or the customer ordered the wrong size or color, Printify is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You alone are in charge of capturing the right information from your customers. 

If you have an issue with your order, you have to contact Printify directly and provide all necessary information and photographic evidence. After investigation, we will determine if you are eligible to receive a replacement. Eligible replacements have no cost for you. 

If your customer received a different item than they ordered, including incorrect colors, prints or wrong sizes, the order is eligible for replacement. Contact our customer care team with all the information required in this Order Issue Submission Form .
