Each Print Provider uses their own packaging materials. Some products are shipped in boxes, some are shipped in polyethylene bags.

The only aspect of the packaging that merchants have control over is the shipping label.

The shipping label specifies the Store Name and the return address.

Printify's name does not appear anywhere on the package or the shipping label.

To change the information on the shipping label, merchants need to navigate to their Store Settings.


Because each Print Provider controls their own packaging, Printify cannot offer custom packaging for our Merchants at the moment.
