Why can’t I publish my products to WooCommerce?
You haven’t completed your WooCommerce store setup
If you’re having issues with publishing your products to WooCommerce, it is very likely that you haven’t completed the setup of your WooCommerce store.
To ensure your store is fully functional, make sure that you’ve completed the following steps:
Picked a theme (we recommend using Storefront as it’s a free theme that’s built and optimized for WooCommerce)
Click here for step-by-step instructions for each of the mentioned steps.
You have installed a plugin that is not compatible with Printify
If you are unable to publish your products, it might indicate a conflict with one of your installed plugins.
When first connecting to Printify, we recommend starting with only your Printify and WooCommerce plugins activated to ensure that your WordPress and website hosting are set up correctly. Once your first product has been published successfully, you can add more plugins as you wish.
We have prepared a list of the most frequently used plugins that have been tested to work with Printify with the default plugin configuration:

*The free version of Jetpack, with its default settings, is compatible with Printify’s WooCommerce integration. However, some additional configurations for this plugin may cause compatibility issues. We recommend testing the store integration with default settings first, and then adding the necessary configurations while monitoring for any publishing or order syncing issues.
